Danish death metal band Dawn Of Demise are back with Feed My Absurdity, their first album in more than seven years. Released on the 9th of October through Unique Leader Records, it's the band's sixth full-length and features ten new tracks.
If you're unfamiliar with Dawn Of Demise, expect heavy, groove-driven death metal with plenty of slam and old-school riffing in the mix. Bassist Bjørn Jensen says the band have stuck with the sound they've developed over the years, although they've aimed for a more organic feel to the production this time.
Feed My Absurdity is the band's sixth studio album, released through Unique Leader Records.
There's a familiar face back on guitar, too. Original member Jakob Haagen Nyholm has returned to the line-up, having previously played on the band's early demo and debut album. The new record was produced by Tue Madsen, whose credits include Meshuggah and The Haunted.
To mark the album's arrival, Dawn Of Demise have released a visualiser for Reviving Demise. They've also shared videos for Ominous and the title track, so there's plenty to explore if you're discovering them for the first time.
