Rock am Ring has revealed its first major wave of bands for 2027, with Bring Me The Horizon and Die Toten Hosen joining the previously announced blink-182 at the top of next year’s bill.

The announcement also brings a hefty supporting cast to the Nürburgring, including Faith No More, Parkway Drive, Evanescence, The Prodigy, Falling In Reverse, Turnstile, Billy Talent, Bullet For My Valentine, Lorna Shore, Motionless In White and plenty more.

Bring Me The Horizon complete the headliners

blink-182 were revealed as Rock am Ring’s first 2027 headliner during this year’s festival, setting up what will be their first ever appearance at the Nürburgring. They will now be joined at the top of the bill by Bring Me The Horizon and German punk veterans Die Toten Hosen.

For Die Toten Hosen, it will be a very familiar return. The band are set to make their tenth appearance at Rock am Ring, continuing a relationship with the festival which goes back to the early 1990s.

Bring Me The Horizon, meanwhile, return as one of the biggest names in modern British rock, heading a bill that covers everything from metalcore and hardcore to punk, alternative rock and electronic music.

Faith No More are back

One of the biggest surprises in the announcement is Faith No More.

Rock am Ring says the shows will mark the band’s first performances in Germany for 12 years, with their appearances at Rock am Ring and sister festival Rock im Park billed as festival exclusives.

They are joined across the weekend by another sizeable collection of established festival names, including Parkway Drive, The Prodigy, Evanescence, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Bad Religion and Simple Plan.

Rock am Ring has also reported a record-breaking start to ticket sales. More than 60,000 weekend tickets have already been sold for Rock am Ring, while combined sales for Rock am Ring and Rock im Park have passed 100,000.

Rock am Ring 2027 takes place at the Nürburgring in Germany from the 4th - 6th of June 2027, with the festival campsites opening from the 2nd of June. Unlike Rock im Park, Rock am Ring is currently selling weekend tickets rather than individual day tickets.

More bands are expected to be announced over the coming months.
